Refund & Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products—including lotions—cannot be returned once opened. If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us, and we will make it right.

Our soaps and candles are handcrafted to order, and as such, we are unable to accept returns. We’re happy to accommodate cancellations made before your order ships; a shipment confirmation email will be sent once your package is on its way.

Each item is quality-tested and carefully inspected, though small variations—air bubbles, slight color shifts, and natural texture changes—are inherent to handmade products and not considered defects. Our soaps contain organic ingredients and essential oils without synthetic preservatives and are best used within eighteen months.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, email karen@hippysistersoapcompany.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive your message, we’ll review the concern and work with you toward a resolution. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
