Refund/Return Policy

Refund/Return Policy: Our hand-crafted soaps and candles are custom made to order, and while we cannot accept return of these products, we will make every effort to accommodate cancellations made prior to shipping. A shipment notice email is sent when your package is being shipped. 

Our products are tested for quality, and carefully inspected during the packing process. Be advised that slight imperfections, tiny air holes, and small bubbles are inherent in our soap and candle products and not considered damage. Since each product is hand-crafted, some imperfections are unavoidable. 

Our soaps are made with organic materials and essential oils. They do not contain typical bar soap preservatives and are meant to be used within eighteen months for optimum results. The color hues of our soap formulas may vary from batch to batch and are unavoidable. 

Upon delivery, please check your shipment to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged, please notify HSSC, via, within three days of delivery confirmation from shipping carrier. Please provide photos and a full description of the damage to the products with your email. We will make every effort to respond to you within the next business day.     

In the event of a request to return an incorrect or defective CBD product, buyers will receive a shipping label, and are responsible for returning the item(s) in the original packaging/shipping box. If the item is not returned in its original condition, within 10 days of our return acknowledgment, the buyer is Responsible for any loss in value against their refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Actual processing time of refunds is determined by your banking institution.
